My Story

My journey began as a massage therapist, driven by a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. Wanting to deepen my understanding of health and healing, I went on to study Acupuncture, which gave me a more holistic approach to client care. Today, I specialise in Post-Operative Care and Body Contouring, helping clients recover safely while achieving beautiful, natural results.

Over the years, my work has spoken for itself. Through dedication, continuous learning, and hands-on experience, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients throughout their recovery and body transformation journeys. Seeing their confidence grow has been the most rewarding part of my career.

After so many clients encouraged me to teach the techniques that had helped them achieve such incredible results, I decided to create Kiara Body Academy. Based in Manchester, I now train therapists from all backgrounds in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage & Body Contouring, sharing practical, real-world techniques that help them build confidence, grow their businesses, and make a positive impact on their own clients.
